-3 Haven of the Spirit Dragon: Under most circumstances, I would rather have the extra red for Berserker or Firecraft. With only 4 legal targets, it is just not worth it.

+3 Mountain

-3 Thunderbreak Regent: Dragons are not the main theme of this deck, so to me it seems like a 4/4 flyer for 4; playable, but not great.

+3 Dragon Fodder

-1 Avaricious Dragon, -2 Draconic Roar: Avaricious Dragon is a bit slow for my liking, and Draconic roar can find better alternatives.

+3 Scab-Clan Berserker

-1 Lightning Berserker: It serves as a mana sink, so running more than 2 is probably not necessary.

+1 Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh

Thanks for your suggestion, but I can't just cut everything above 2 power. Later in the game I need to have fatties to draw into if I can't get an early win off, and if I get one in my opening hand, I can play around it.

Then at least cut down some regents, if only for your budget.

$3 for a Regent isn't breaking the bank.

+1 because it's mono-red in standard.

I personally like Firecraft, as a good finisher. Pile driver, however, is just not great if you aren't running many goblins (although I do see the fodder and outbursts), and is better suited to a heavy goblin deck. You could put in subterranean scout to get in free damage combined with pumping the Swiftspear. You could also throw in a few Temur Battle Rage for Swiftspear + Titan's Strength + Temur Battle Rage for easy 12, especially if unblockable if you scout before pumping.

Molten vortex could also be good if you fear land flooding, but with only 20 it's pretty unlikely

Please link all cards you suggest by putting double brackets around it.Molten Vortex

Outpost Siege - Khans to protect against the top deck like Abbot of Keral Keep does or Dragons for when your goblins get swept. It's notable that the dragons mode can ping creatures as well as players.

If you do want to take the route of Mardu Scout, Outpost Siege will ping if you dash him or Zurgo Bellstriker even if you don't attack because it triggers when they leave the battlefield. They don't even have to die!

Thanks for the advice. I tried Outpost Siege in the past but it was too slow. I might sideboard a few.

Yeah, anything over 3CMC in a mono-red deck could be considered slow. They need to print a better version of Generator Servant.

Shaman of the Great Hunt is decent if you plan on going wide.
