This is my 1st custom MTG deck. It's based off the simple idea of hit quick, hit hard and hit often. Designed to be easy to play and help me learn the game of MTG through actual game play.

  1. Lots of instants and sorcery (hit quick)
  2. Minimum of 3 damage per card (hit hard)
  3. Lots of low mana cost cards (hit often)
  4. Lots of "damage to creature or player" cards
  5. No complicated mechanics
  6. No counters
  7. No tokens
  8. No life gain (besides land)
  9. No control elements
  10. No counter spells
  11. No expensive cards
  12. Modern Format (casual play, not competitive)
  13. Mono-Red (one color, easy to play)

I picked up a few booster packs of Fate Reforged today. I got a few new cards to help improve my deck.

So, a few cards have been removed, a few new cards added. I also completely reset my sideboard, but I'm not 100% on it yet.

I'm also tweaking my lands. I need to pick up some more basic lands and non-basic lands, but until I am able to do so, what I have will work.
