Well, I was in the mood for making an off the wall deck and while searching through cards for another project, I got this idea.

The idea is simple; Mill by having opponent (and myself) draw a bundle of cards! Wheel of Fortune, Wheel of Fate, Burning Inquiry, and Reforge the Soul all do the same things to different degrees and speed. These are my red "Mill" cards. They are accompanied with traditional mill super card Mesmeric Orb.

Then I have these shocker creatures they help the cause except only for my opponent, this is where I sway the advantage in my favor. Howling Mine helps keep the hands full and mills 1 per turn, works to my advantage.
