This is a mono-red stax list with the Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth combo, and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts/Combat Celebrant combo.

The goal is to set up enough stax pieces to lock out the opponents, whilst not being hurt to much ourselves. Lodestone Golem might hurt a lot of our opponents spells and creatures and cards of that nature, but our 38 artifacts don't mind too much.

We use a landbase of Snow-Covered Mountains to gain more value from Scrying Sheets. We run a lot of ramp, and aim to ramp through our own stax cards from Damping Sphere to Thorn of Amethyst. We attempt to set up a Blood Moon effect to shut off our opponent's landbases. Sphere of Resistance, Winter Orb, Trinisphere, Static Orb, and a large Smokestack will obliterate opponents as well.
