Budget ($200 is not bad for modern) Mono Red Wizard Tribal. I Play a lot of prowess just wanted to do something tribal. I know this deck doesn't have Monastery Swiftspear , Abbot of Keral Keep or Lava Dart. Monastery and Abbot isn't a wizard. I chose Flame Slash over Dart because my meta has hollow vine and amulet Titan. It kills Hollow One and Dyrad of the Elysian Grove Thought-Knot Seer and Yawgmoth Than Physician and the 4/4's from Affinity.
Lightning Bolt this is mono red aggro, enough said.
Wizard's Lightning the whole reason to play this deck can be Bolt 5-8
Light Up the Stage is just card advantage.
I have Blood Moon main because it's really good at lgs. It helps against Tron, E Tron, and Amulet Titan. If its bad I can always discard it to Magmatic Channeler.
Den of the Bugbear, Castle Embereth, Firebolt, and Jegantha, the Wellspring all give you something to do if you flood. That's another reason I chose not to play Lava Dart because having 5 mana can be helpful. Den of the Bugbear is really powerful.
Ghitu Lavarunner is an aggressive one drop that helps enable Wizard's Lightning on turn 2. Heartfire Immolator is Wizard's version of Bonecrusher Giant. It's aggressive but also doubles as removal, giving the deck a total of 22 removal spells main deck.
Magmatic Channeler is just a powerful 2 drop wizard that works well with instants and sorceress. It also offers card advantage late game.

To have 18 Lands but still have enough for a turn 3 Blood Moon only 2 of since it enters tapped and isn't a mountain for Castle Embereth.
Sideboard:
Jegantha, the Wellspring is something to donif the game goes late.
Soul-Guide Lantern for graveyards without messing with yours for Magmatic Channeler and Ghitu Lavarunner
Ratchet Bomb for pro red stuff,Death's Shadow Rhinos or anything.
Alpine Moon for tron Valukut, the Molten Pinnacle, and Urza's Saga. Im playing this over Magus of the Moon because a turn 3 Blood Moon is sometimes to slow on the draw.
Shenanigans is repeatable artifact hate for Chalice of the Void, Ensnaring Bridge, Amulet of Vigor, Affinity or any other artifact.
Abrade isn't repeatable but also hits creatures like Puresteel Paladin and is an instant in case they flash in Colossus Hammer
