Mono blue devotion combo, nothing new, just wanted to include Vizier of Tumbling Sands, which seems perfect here. The combo is to untap Nyx Lotus several times, to get a lot of mana, cast Arcanist's Owl, which find Corridor Monitor, which untap lotus with 5 more devotion etc... Many way to draws cards, for instance with Gadwick, the Wizened, once you have infinite mana, and win with Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries from sideboard with Fae of Wishes.

The main problem is passing a turn casting Nyx Lotus and doing nothing else. That's why you have 7 3-drops to untap it right away : Vizier of Tumbling Sands and Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner.

Lot of early scry to hit land drops, find combo pieces, and not draw multiple lotus...

Barrin, Tolarian Archmage adds 2 devotions, and gets tempo, or can bring back a corridor. Maybe 3 or 4 are needed. Maybe Into the roils is an option, but it doesnt build any devotion, so I'm not sure.

Also, we have 16(+3 lotus) artifacts/enchantments for the Arcanist's Owl stats.

Sublime Epiphany seems also awesome, to copy corridor, and return it to your and (2 untap effetcs)
