Gain life lots of TIMES (not necessarily lots of life) to make Ajani's Pridemate a huge creature quickly, equip with flying, swing, win.

There are LOTS of white cards that gain life. I narrowed the deck based on these priorities:

1. can do multiple things below at once: Faith's Fetters

2. gives my commander evasion: Soaring Hope

3. removes threats and/or blockers: Arrest

4. is a creature that's a "threat": Kemba's Skyguard

5. can gain me life nearly every turn: Apothecary Initiate

6. can gain me a lot of life: Congregate

7. can gain me some life and replace itself: Blessed Wine

Notice that it's better for my commander for me to gain 1 life three times (and get +3/+3) than for me to gain 4 life once (and get +1/+1).

This is for PAUPER EDH. Like all EDH, all rules are essentially house rules and vary. Please DO NOT comment about how things are different where you're from.

• Your commander does NOT have to be legendary.
