I've always wanted an Angel deck but due to the high average cmc and relatively low tribal benefits I could never find a way to make a decent deck at a reasonable price but here is my attempt.

Ideally you turn 1 a Segovian Angel or Mother of Runes , turn 2 Dowsing Dagger  , turn 3 attach the dagger and swing with protection from Emerge Unscathed or Brave the Elements in order to flip the Dowsing Dagger  .

Now you have a great 6 mana baseline for the bigger angels like Lyra Dawnbringer or Avacyn, Angel of Hope . Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx also helps with getting out the big guns early.

If you dont hit the mana ramp Segovian Angel , Mother of Runes , Swords to Plowshares and the small life gain from Seraph Sanctuary should help you survive until you can get some board presence from Resplendent Angel or Serra Avenger .
