A friend of mine asked me for a cheap, easy to play deck so that he could play his first FNM. This is what I came up with: a straight forward white weenie deck for Origins standard. Optimized price on TCGPlayer is <$50 (sideboard included).

The roster is filled with value creatures that are extremely low on the curve. You pump them with Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, Consul's Lieutenant , and Obelisk of Urd (naming humans).

Return to the Ranks counteracts sweepers. Celestial Flare kills Stormbreath Dragon.

It's cheap. The decklist is uncomplicated. The deck itself is easy to play. Yet, I think it has a chance to be competetive at FNM.
