So, this deck is all about dropping as many tokens as possible, from as many sources as possible, and running over your opponent without fear of them dying, because guess what, they get replaced with even MORE tokens.
Boros Elite
is a good card overall, but it really shines later in-game, because tokens very quickly set off its Battalion effect. Precinct Captain is your first available access to tokens, plus his power and toughness alone make him extremely mana efficient. He's also a great card in Mono because he helps with devotion, which comes into play later. Next, you have Brimaz, King of Oreskos which is another GREAT card for token creation. As long as he doesn't sit still, he makes a token. Plus, he AND the token have vigilance.
Banisher Priest
is in the deck to provide a suitable amount of control over your opponent, which is something I love about White. Your fourth turn drop is Heliod, God of the Sun himself, which for four mana, which I know isn't very mana efficient, can create a 2/1 Cleric Token. Your five drop comes in the form of Archangel of Thune. A wonderful card that every time, pretty much, she swings she does some kind of damage, therefore, she constantly bumps my tokens. Your six drops come in the form of the all-powerful Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Evangel of Heliod. Elspeth is your late game token generator every turn, and her emblem just makes everything so annoying for the opponent. +2/+2 AND flying? THANK YOU! Instants and the couple Enchantments either provide for more control, or more power, or protection.
Celestial Flare
for the control aspect, and
Battlewise Valor
does power boosting, plus SCRY! I mean, who doesn't love scry? Spear of Heliod is more power! Oh, and Brave the Elements keeps my stuff safe early in-game, or from kill spells, or anything like that. Through all my playtests, I've found you really don't need many tokens on the field to win. I swung with three tokens and two creatures, and hit for 13 to end the game. That's the best possible hand that I have found so far, though. Opening hand of mana, a Precinct Captain, a Brimaz, King of Oreskos, and a Spear of Heliod So, let me know what out think. Drop any hints, tips, or arguments you have in the comment section. Thanks for reading, and have a good one!
