Tempo the game out with removal and place cards that have triggers. Whenever a creature dies, deal damage to opponents and heal. Sneak in final damage by flinging Drivnod, Carnage Dominus with Callous Sell-Sword. For land, I would recommend keeping the Restless Vents and Takeenuma, Abandoned Mire, but the remaining six black/red lands should be changed to suit what you like or your collection.
