It's a vampire tribal deck, pretty much. Specializing in creature removal with some life gain ability, this deck wants to hit the opponent as much as possible. My sideboard is meant for switching out for more removal, or countering sack decks with Blood Artist. It's fairly good against both singular and multiple opponents, where I switch out my Blood Tribute for Exsanguinate. Sangromancer will take the place of Anowon, the Ruin Sage if the opponent is running a creature-light deck. I would love to put Bloodghast in this deck, but they are very expensive.
