End of turn 4 i would have 3 2/2s two of which are manifested creatures a 0/2 that can refuel my army and a planeswalker. Turn 5 i can pull

Archfiend of Depravity can be deadly against creature decks otherwise its just a big end game creature
Fleshbag Marauder clear their board and can give me card draw or swap a 1/1 for a 2/2 depending on what I have out
Grim Haruspex card draw for death, can flip for cheap, does well in this deck and a 3/2 body to boot
Liliana, Heretical Healer
hand control and creature return, getting her to become a planeswalker is not difficult
Zulaport Cutthroat every time I sac you lose life
Qarsi High Priest
get creatures from creatures that are about to be removed
Ruthless Ripper
early game blocker and damage dealer, the flip can be handy if manifested and extra damage from it is always good
Sultai Emissary
gives me board presence even when put to grave, handy with Nighthowler

Duress hand control to deal with whatever is coming
Languish standard board wipe
Read the Bones card draw
Ruinous Path replaced Bile Blight in my mainboard

Altar's Reap sac and card draw, I was happy to see they brought this back

Cranial Archive
vs mill or any graveyard play, even works if they're delving and you've already hit them with a duress
Erebos's Titan
vs control decks with low creatures
Grave Strength
vs removal heavy control decks
Murderous Cut more removal, for any reason really
Necromantic Summons
extra graveyard retrieval for any situation, can be particularly handy against control to grab their big creature
Nightsnare
more hand control
Stain the Mind
remove specific cards, took this over Infinite Obliteration because I should have large board presence and it hits whatever you want
Unmake the Graves
When struggling with removal
Whip of Erebos when Lili needs help
