EDIT: Not really strictly mono-white due to Abbey and Pious Evangel, so changed that to reflect.

Ok, I haven't played this game since 2001 - and poorly then at that - so I've been working on this with a few suggestions from friends.

What follows is the reasoning behind my picks from my admittedly very rusty decision-making. Very open to suggestions!

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit - For spreading counters around to beef up some of the smaller weenies.

Archangel of Tithes - Helps with stalling and making assailants a bit more selective or cautious. Use of Tenacity during an attack can let you get a free assault and keep your tax up for their attack phase, too.

Expedition Envoy - Just a cheap 2/1 Ally.

Kor Bladewhirl - First Strike in combination with Anafenz, Kin-Tree Spirit counters or Gleam of Authority can make blocking more of a hassle. But honestly considering replacing these.

Pious Evangel   - Gain health whenever a cheap creature or token drops from Retreat to Emeria, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, Captain's Claws or Secure the Wastes and can be transformed to be a little beefier and punish attempts at creature removal. What's not to like?

Stone Haven Outfitter - Further boosts equippped creatures and gives you draws when they perish - enemy can either take more token generation or give you a draw. Think the deck needs more artifact usage and a few more of these though, at the moment they haven't been very active.

Blighted Steppe - Getting lots of Life whenever you have a stupid number of tokens is always good as a panic button.

Westvale Abbey   - Since this deck has a few too many lands and lots of token generation, getting this to flip isn't that difficult at all.

Captain's Claws - Token generation on attack, and Ally tokens specifically to boot, to trigger more abilities and produce more bodies.

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - Tokens, an Indestructible 5/5 for extra pressure when Archangel of Tithes can manage to prevent effective blockage, and possibly just drop his ultimate for a field-wide +1/+1.

Make a Stand - Instant-speed +1/+0 and Indestructible. Fun to drop before the block phase to let your weenies gang up on targets or spread out and block as much damage as possible without losing your creatures.

Secure the Wastes - Great for making a lot of expendable blockers in a hurry, or setting up Westvale Abbey  .

Tenacity - For those rare moments you can get a lot of attackers through to increase the damage and net you some life gain to boot. And instant, so you can use it for a surprise while blocking and mitigate some of the damage that gets through too.

Gleam of Authority - More spreading around +1/+1 counters. In combination with Anafenza can make the enchanted creature beefy.

Retreat to Emeria - Used to have more of these but cut back on them a bit. Good for pumping out tokens or beefing up a sea of allies. Combos well with Evolving Wilds, letting you proc it twice per turn.

Valor in Akros - If you have this and can drop Secure the Wastes for a good amount, or have other token generation spread around, you can make your creatures a tad bit more threatening.
