This is my first attempt at building a Mimeoplasm deck. This is supposed to be a budget deck, without going into too many super expensive cards. Currently it has self mill through things like dredge and discarding as well as milling the opponent to get lots of Mimeoplasm fodder.

First draft, the distribution of card-draw, creatures, ramp, and removal is probably wildly off, and I'm not using the best cards I could, so any suggestions are welcome :D
