Oh that certainly looks nice! I'll keep an eye out for it! =)

It's incredible... I've rarely not won a game when I've been able to play him in my Rhys the Redeemed deck

Really? All sources that I use claim that it's legal? oo"

Okay so I have looked into the legality some more and apparently that only applies to French Commander which they do not play at my venue, though I should probably note this somewhere if someone wants to recreate the deck

Sylvan Primordial is banned in regular commander. Here are the two sites to check banlists.

The only thing I would change about this deck is upping the land count. 29 is a VERY low amount. I realize shamans act as mana-sources with sachi out, but the likelyhood of low land count in your opening hand is very high.

Well in that case I think it might be best to replace him with a land. I'll keep him in the Sideboard though for now for the occasional 'fun-game' or the like. Thanks a lot =)

Run Chameleon Colossus. It's a shaman, a snake, a mana outlet, and a bomb, all in one convenient package!

The name is super deceptive I was expecting Yisan, the Wanderer Bard. Still a cool deck though +1

You might want to add some ramp in case your mana creature base gets disrupted. Kodama's Reach, Wood Elves, Farhaven Elf, Cultivate, Skyshroud Claim, and Explosive Vegetation would all help you hit your mana goal.
Elvish Piper would not be terrible either.

Thus far I've been doing pretty well with creature-searching for Karametra's Acolyte (via Genesis Wave, Enshrined Memories, Chord of Calling etc), if I ran into problems with Sachi and at other times I didn't even have to play her to get my mana base. This happens mostly against Control Decks that try to keep me at bay with counters - getting Sachi countered hurts the deck, but you can usually buy plenty of time with the deathtouch creatures until you get a Nykthos or Acolyte. The Shamans in this deck do well enough with their passive abilities as well if they don't get to serve as a manabase. (Skinshifter, Tajuru Preserver and Ulvenwald Tracker) are among my favs.
I do know and see where you come from though and while I appreciate the ideas, active playing with this deck has taught me that it happens more often than not that I have an extensive mana base and nothing to spend it on. The times that I actually lack the mana are rather rare in comparison, and while some of those suggestions are really nice, I wouldn't exactly know what to take out of the deck for even more ramp?
The elves do look fun though, especially the Piper, given he's a shaman as well! (Though he would likely never be played for 2F g) I'll keep my eyes open for those - if I don't put them here I can always stuff them in the Yisan Commander xD

Yessss, good to see more Kamigawa love. I'd add Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and maybe Awakening Zone. I think Cosi is better than Ulamog, because they both have annihilator but Cosi's draw for us more beneficial in the long run.

Hehe, here's the fun part - I can play them both xDDefinitely yes on Kozilek, though he'll be hard to find. I got lucky with both of the Ulamogs for actually drawing them from a booster pack! 8D
I'm not too sure about Awakening Zone though to be honest. It comes in at 3 Mana, so it could be a support to get in Sachi if I can't get the last land for her, or simply don't have any draws for Shamans at all. That is an infuriating situation, but I'd say it's less likely than actually drawing it in a 100 card deck, and when I do draw it later on when I actually have some of the big boys out already, it might be too little too late.

I can dig the theme you've got going here, but I will say Emrakul and Primeval Titan are both banned

@mxssingno: Not in Duel, which this Deck is intended for (again)
