Just thought about it but it would be better to just swap 2 Blood Baron of Vizkopa for 2 Obzedat, Ghost Council since Obzedat, Ghost Council triggers your life gain consistently and is quite a tricky target to deal with while the rest of your creatures are still applying pressure to the board.

I don't know if Obzedat, Ghost Council will be too hard to pull out consistently because of the dual double commitment, that's the only thing I'm afraid of.

Perhaps you could swap out Elvish Mystic for Gatecreeper Vine to get the lands you need considering that you don't have a need to rush out a Turn 2 Centaur Healer . Could also throw in some Selesnya Guildgate or Golgari Guildgate (perhaps 1 each) to open up more options and your Gatecreeper Vine can pick it up if need be. Other nice cards I could recommend is Selesnya Charm for its good utility to swap with Grisly Salvage or Angel of Serenity so that you can get stuff back later in the game in case you get board wiped or to just clear the path for your creatures to attack. Grisly Salvage is nice and all but to throw away potential cards that you could use to put more threats on the field is better in my opinion.

Why is everyone making post-rotation decks 2 months before they rotate? It's silly. Make the most use out of your Innistrad and m13 cards as you can.

Vizkopa Guildmage would be pretty good. side in some Elixir of Immortality for control/mill decks. I'm also thinking Ajani, Caller of the Pride might be a main decker if not a side. I would also throw some Silence in the sideboard to help against faster decks and to just swing a game. I might try some playtesting with the new Garruk too. His minus might not help that much, but his ultimate would be incredible. Tithe Drinker might help curve out the mana.Maybe Voracious Wurm as well. I'd also put into the side, Savage Summoning to help against mill/control decks. If you decide to add Kalonian Hydra , Ajani and Voracious Wurm would see even higher potential.

Oh and Voice of Resurgence is almost too good to not play.

maybe some Sanguine Bond and Heroes' Reunion ?
