it's been a long time since i ran any blue mono decks so i wanted to see what i could build with as much from current core as possible.

I've added all the cards i planned to have in the deck to simplify editing as i look at it, but any advice on a way to fine tune this for mill\control while staying in 2014 cards i'm all ears
