Five color good stuff reanimator. Is it possible in Standard Brawl?

I chose Niv-Mizzet, Supreme as my commander for this Standard Brawl deck mostly for the color ID. But all the self mill in the deck makes use of instants and sorceries in the yard. Niv's jump-start ability gives a discard outlet from the command zone which is very relevant. The biggest challenge was the manabase. It's a wet golgari build with a slight splash for boros. Having 1G untapped on turn two is very important for getting down 5C dorks. I've been having tons of fun slamming vintage cube staples like Vaultborn Tyrant, Bonny Pall, Clearcutter, Etali, Primal Conqueror   and Atraxa, Grand Unifier
