The sky suddenly turns dark. Deafening thunder crashes all around. Lightning spills from the clouds, blasting everything in sight with an unimaginable scorching heat. Goblins hastily charge into the fray with footballs tightly clenched in their scrawny arms. Completely unaware that while in the darkness of this brewing storm, they all mistakenly grabbed grenades from a grenade box that was haphazardly placed next to the box of footballs...
Strategy:
Ignore anything your opponent does, focus all damage on the opponent, no matter what. Win by turn 3 or 4.
Game tends to flow something like this:
T1: Mountain, Raging Goblin, attack for 1dmg
T2: Mountain, Goblin Bushwhacker+ pay kicker, attack for 4dmg
T3: Mountain, Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Goblin Grenade, Fireblast for 15dmg
This deck is paper legal for pauper.
Goblin Grenade common in paper from Fallen Empires.

I removed the x3 Ball Lightning and added 2 more Spark Elemental and 1 Shard Volley
Edit 2: Swapping out x2 Blood Lust for x2 Rift Bolt in the hopes of making this deck faster...
Edit 3: removed x2Mogg Flunkies, x4Spark Elemental, 1xRaging Goblin 1xShard Volley. Added x1Fanatical Firebrand, 1xRift Bolt, x3Goblin Fireslinger, x4Foundry Street Denizen
Edit 4: removed 3x Goblin Fireslinger and added x3 Fanatical Firebrand to make the deck faster and more efficient.
Also took out x2 of the x4 Red Elemental Blast and added x2 Pyroblast to diversify my sideboard when facing any of those “Cannot play named card” sort of effects.
