Yeah, i was considering splashing for Hardened Scales. I might test it out some time.

So! At one point I fell in love with fabled heroes and the heroics mechanic after hitting with two fabled heroes with a Dauntless Onslaught at once.
Now I'm sort of stuck in that thinking and have built myself a weird striveish deck though, I feel like my deck is very slow a lot of the time and if the opponent has removals I feel like I can never get my guys to punch at all. (SS 1 round, destroyed/exiled the next)
Mind looking at my deck and tell me why its shitty/not shitty? Gonna try running Sunbound tomorrow, combo seems amazing
HAVE AN UPVOTE! :)

Minelia5 can you give some examples of when to use the sideboard?
January 31, 2015 11:02 p.m.
audicia45 Well, basically the sideboard is to be used against any token spamming, defender, chump blocker deck that prevents your creatures from hitting them. The sideboard gives nice evasive cards to help get through. The other cards in it, like Soldier of the Pantheon, are used in different situations. The soldier is great against multicolored decks, and Return to the Ranks is anti-control and helps recover from board wipes.

Minelia5 I've been personally having trouble getting cards i need onto the field, what would you say is the order of importance of creatures is? i know they all do something special..... so maybe its kinda equal but ive been getting run over by the time i get the engine going.... i could also be just having bad luck haha

That's strange. I own this deck, and I almost always get a great hand. AnywYs, which cards are you comparing?
February 1, 2015 10:42 a.m.
Minelia5 first off, Ive been playtesting AEtherspouts in the sideboard and it works well also against those tokens and such.... Im just saying overall when sideboarding what would be the first to go... I know alot of this is very situational, im just new to actually thinking about the sideboard and i know it will make me a stronger player if i learn to effectively use it

Probably 1 Hero of Iroas, and the Nyx-Fleece Rams. Depends on what you're playing against though. Nyx-Fleece Ram can help against certain types of agro. Really though, it's your call.

Minelia5 when you have sunbond and ordeal of heliod on a guy and the ordeal pops off do you gain those 10 1/1 counters before it does dmg???

have you tried hardened scales and feed the clan yet?

Sorry, audicia45, didn't notice your comment. I don't have time at the moment, but I am thinking about making an alternate version for none budget players. It would definitely have green for Hardened Scales and Feed the Clan though.

I notice you've got Blue in your Sideboard. A fun thing to do would be to add Battlefield Thaumaturge and then either Launch the Fleet or Glimpse the Sun God (or both!) to create a lovely little loop that can trigger all of your Heroics and more for a single W.
That said, this is a pretty lethal deck as it is. +1 from me!

d10de that sounds like a great idea! I will try to incorporate it! Thanks for the +1!

Mainboard some Flooded Strand, and at least one Island, from there you can free up 4 of your sideboard slots for something more useful.

Is it just me or did I see this deck months ago and no one is noticing it... Now it's got fucktons of upvotes and fans? o_o
This deck is so amazing! Heroic is love, Heroic is life.
But.... How do you feel when you see your opponent cast Crackling Doom? I've started playing standard with a heroic deck and when KtK came out, I hated Crackling doom immediately.
If only I could upvote this a million more times. Anyway, epic deck! +1!

Dat Fabled tho, what's the highest P/T you achieved with Fabled Hero? The greatest I did was get my Ajani's Pridemate to 924/924 using a Sunbond, Nyx-Fleece Rams, and Eternal Thirst on a competition. Opponent conceded. Lol.

Yeah, SiegeRhiNOOO, I really hate crackling doom. It is the 1 card I don't have an answer to. I need to find a sideboard solution to it, but I can't think of any. Also, feel free to check out my other version in the description! Thanks for the +1, I'll do the same to you.Minelia5
P.S: I played my friend once with my deck, he had Stuffy Doll out, and my huge guy couldn't get through, but he had lifelink, so he just kept tripling. I think it was in the trillions range when he ran out of cards! I will link him for back up on this. jonahedgar

Not gonna lie here, probably gonna take this deck and go lose friends. Great ideas, wouldn't change much if you ever did. Maybe splash green for Hardened Scales, but its only if you're comfortable. +1 to the max.
