This is pretty degenerate, but I couldn't help myself.

The end goal is to attack once and trigger an endless attack / turn loop until you win. Get Narset out quickly with the mana rocks and attack (hopefully with haste) into any of the extra turn / extra combat step cards, which are made better by all of the Fork style spells. Leyline of Anticipation lets you play all of your targets whenever you want, and most of the auras ensure Narset will attack without running into something big.

Strong points include a couple of board wipes that Narsat can dodge either on her own or with help from Vanishing , as well as Infinite turns thanks to Enter the Infinite and Beacon of Tomorrows; Reito Lantern helps a bit here.

Proteus Staff lets you stack the deck however you want since there are no creatures in the deck. Feed the staff with any of the man-lands.
