This was one of my favorite and best decklists to play on the beta test software for MTG Arena. I'm fairly certain the Ixalan block constructed format was only really played on MTG Arena (and it was a temporary format anyways), but maybe this info is useful for standard too. Whatever. Its here.

What is this deck?

It's mono blue "Bogles" in Ixalan! Woo! It's like Edric, Spymaster of Trest commander decks without the extra turns. It feels like cheating when it works because there's almost nothing that they can do about it. Which is quite fun, I must say :D

Its extremely fast playing with only comes into play untapped lands and 8x 1-drops. We can start drawing extra cards with attacks, along with protection up starting on turn 2. It can win races it seems like it will lose because the damage is all unblockable. It loses to itself occasionally not having a body to voltron or a draw engine or something, but it works more than it loses by a lot.

Future Plans

• 1x more Seafloor Oracle, because it seems like it should have 4.
