Been working on this deck for close to a year now. When I saw Muldrotha, the Gravetide , I knew she was a commander I wanted to build around. The base of the deck is to self-mill, discard, and ramp as much as possible, then reanimate all the good stuff you put into the bin. There's a couple combos in the deck (one infinite, one almost) I will go over shortly. I play in a pretty casual meta, so the deck is tuned down a bit but can easily go off turn 7 or 8. With a few changes, this could be a tier 1 deck.
The win cons are: 1) Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion on the battlefield = Infinite Damage
2) Necrotic Ooze on the battlefield, Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion in the graveyard = Exile your entire library, damage equal to the CMC of all cards revealed.
3) Torment of Hailfire + lots of mana = Opponents sacrificing permanents, discarding cards, and losing life
4) Villainous Wealth + lots of mana = Killing opponents with their own spells
5) Straight up combat damage

There's quite a few tutor cards to either get combo pieces into your hand or directly into the graveyard.
I've found the only problem this deck is when opponent's have graveyard hate ( Bojuka Bog etc.) as once your graveyard is exiled, there's not much to get the engine going again. I did have Laboratory Maniac in the deck for an alternate win-con, but removed it as its too fragile compared to the other combos.
