Continued Edits: This deck has truly become my favorite, and thus has garnered the most attention from the six or seven that I still currently have together/play. I only have one true combo in the deck still, but a handful of other lines that can lead to a wincon provided the size of graveyards are large enough. Consuming Aberration, Lord of Extinction and Mortivore lead into some good fun with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's sac ability.

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Phyrexian Devourer is the only true combo wincon left - it's all about timing, and hoping that someone doesn't have an instant with the Split Second ability on it. Have both on the field, start exiling cards off the top. Phyrexian Devourer hits power 7 and his sacrifice mechanic goes on the stack. Continue to exile (since it's instant speed) until Phyrexian Devourer power is at highest opponent life total. Pay for Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's second ability.. boom, opponents are dead.

The remaining additions/removals were just updates from recent sets with some good interactions and value for a Sultai graveyard deck. The most-likely future update(s) will come in the form of upgrading the manabase, perhaps with shocks and fetches, but I haven't decided if I'll put that type of money in or not.

Updates Add

I've discovered that my previous playgroup was not fond of infinite combos. I get it, they're not a fun way to lose the game. With that in mind, I've done some more updating and reduced the combos to two: Diregraf Captain + Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Phyrexian Devourer .

Out: Kiora, Master of the Depths, Grimoire of the Dead, Crowded Crypt, Startle, Pitiless Plunderer, Persistent Specimen, Ukkima, Stalking Shadow  Flip, Cazur, Ruthless Stalker  Flip

In: Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Braids, Arisen Nightmare, Underrealm Lich, Mystic Remora, Buried Alive, Life from the Loam, Entomb, Frantic Search.

Most of what went in is just quality of life stuff and card draw and/or getting things into my graveyard for use with Muldrotha's recursion ability. Basically, as the deck is named.. Sultai Goodstuff.
