Per some recommendations, replaced Oran-Rief Hydra with Omnath, Locus of Mana.

Not a fan of Ant Queen honestly... if they had deathtouch or something else besides just being a 1/1 maybe but I don't like it here. I'm also convinced that Vedalken Orrery has a place in this deck, simply so that your opponents have less time to react to your plays.

Also I think you should play Tooth and Nail, I recently realized that Avenger of Zendikar can be a win in combination with a few other creatures. In my Windgrace deck I realized AoZ and Purphoros, God of the Forge just kill players and what's better than having them both enter play at the same time? Fetching them from my library! For you it'd be AoZ and Craterhoof Behemoth as a "surprise, bend over!" especially if you could cast Sylvan Awakening first...

Thanks DrkNinja. Recently pulled Ant Queen out for Elder Gargaroth as well as Titania, Protector of Argoth for Oran-Rief Hydra. I've considered Vedalken Orrery many times and one of the reason I've not slotted it in is that the restricting of plays to only a players own turn is a big part of how the deck ends up winning. That effect has netted me so many of my wins when the deck does win that I'm often hunting it out to set up a key alpha strike. I definitely am interested in your thoughts, though, if you think there's an obvious dead card in the current list to pull out for Vedalken Orrery.

Must admit. Not a huge fan of the hydra. Its cool but all it does is get big. Titania can do a lot more with some deck tweaks.

General suggestions. This deck could easily support Field of the Dead by going half regular half snow lands. This ups the names for FotD as well as having some commander synergy. Scavenger Grounds while a nobo with your commander gives you a land aka easily getable answer to graveyards with crop rotation etc. Field of Ruin also triggers landfall, hits troublesome lands, is searchable as well as a valuable political tool. Might be worth a consider.

Finally GH can be replaced with a better counter protection card. Destiny Spinner is slightly more vunerable cause enchantment hate hits her but has a better stat line, turns lands into bodies for combat and protects enchantments. The new Allosauras elf might be a better choice but is expensive due to jumpstart issues. It gives all green spells uncounterable and all creatures as well as turning your 5 other elves into 5/5s with its ability

LeaPlath thanks for the feedback. I totally agree on Destiny Spinner. Cheap card to get one if I don't already have it and just a better version of Gaea's Herald.

On Field of the Dead, I'll be honest, I've kept it out of the deck simply for flavor/card design consistency. I run 21 Godzilla forests. It's true, the deck might win a bit more, play more competitively, etc., but those Godzilla lands just look so pretty and that sounds very much like a social EDH decision to me :). I am running enough utility I could probably still run it if there's something else I decide to pull.

Scavenger Grounds needs to be in every deck. Still struggling to decide what to pull out
