After playing with a coworker, I've made plenty of changes here,

Changed Bioshift for Burst of Strength - means i don't need to have +1/+1 counters and acts as an enabler as i can attack and then defend as wel should i need to
changed Spell Rupture for Grisly Salvage - I didn't like the counter spell, This is more effective with my hectic mana base AND enables scavenge easier.
no more Experiment One - with all the crappy tap-lands, i found it better to just ignore 1 drops and play in 2 drops or larger. This card wasn't holding up its end of the bargain. I added a singleton Crowned Ceratok, another Dreg Mangler and a 2nd Corpsejack Menace
