I wanted to make a deck using Talrand, Sky Summoner and Talrand's Invocation. Then I wanted to incorporate spells like Ovinize and Turn to Frog. So if I got attacked, I could ovinize their creature, get a 2/2 drake and kill that creature by blocking with the drake token. I saw Snakeform and Lignify and thought: Why not make it blue green? So I did. That deck wasn't really producing the results I liked, so then I thought: Why not try to maximize the rewards for casting instants? I then made it into this... I'm not too sure about how to make the lands work for it yet, which is why I haven't play tested it. Any suggestions on how to properly mana base a three color deck? What are your overall impressions with this deck? Keep in mind that I would like to keep the theme of: turning my opponents creatures into harmless weenies and getting stuff in return for doing it.

Note: The lands that are in this deck were lands that I had lying around. I don't want to invest too much in lands, mostly because its not a competitive deck.
