The mutate precon and ikoria were the things that actually brought me into magic. And although I can't find that old precon, something in me still wanted to try a mutate deck, so HERE IT IS. Using Ramos, Dragon Engine our commander gives us access to all the good mutates we want and all the good synergies with it like Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief and Tawnos, the Toymaker. Mutate decks are usually simic, but I already have a few simic decks, and plans to make 3 color decks as well, so I'm doing all 5. Consistency wise this decision is probably bad, BUT FUN WISE THIS SHOULD BE AWESOME.
