There are a few different win conditions for this deck. Since they essentially all rely on the central combo of Springjack Shepherd and Springjack Pasture to make (and sacrifice) Goat tokens, I have tutoring for both as well as cards to dissuade enemies from attacking me (the pairing of Oracle en-Vec and Gideon's Lawkeeper is one that's been lots of fun in the past).

The ideal path for this deck is to get out both a Shepherd and a Pasture by turn four, at which point it works to both create more and more Goat tokens and sacrifice them to play either Primal Surge or a Furystoke Giant. Given that there are only three non-permanent cards in the deck (all copies of the Surge), casting it will almost assuredly pour a large portion of my library onto the battlefield. Cathars' Crusade will buff everything (and works phenomenally with Goats) and if all else fails I can always use Odric to make sure my army goes unblocked. I much prefer the Giant method, though, I think it's a lot more elegant.

This is, ostensibly, a budget deck. Accordingly, I don't have some cards which might work well in this deck--Sublime Archangel is a standout example--but I've still won lots of games with it. People tend to downplay the threat posed by 0/1 tokens until it's too late.
