Will that make Arcum Dagsson able to grab my creatures as well? I guess I'm just confused as to why.

First off it untaps him each turn with unwinding clock. It also allows you to eat lands late game. You also should probably cut some of the junky cards in here like vial of dragonfire and heart-piercer bow. You should probably also run Clock of Omens. Overall you need better noncreature artifacts to tutor. As it stands you can't grab anything game changing and this deck runs clunkily.

Spellbombs, souleater, inventors goggles, unity of purpose. Also probably artful dodge. I suggest trying to make this more comboey. I'll suggest more combo oriented noncreature artifacts later.

So I added, Clock of Omens , Memnarch , Mycosynth Lattice & Sensei's Divining Top and 2 land. I cut Artful Dodge, Renowned Weaponsmith, Heart-piercer Bow, souleater, unity of purpose & vial of dragonfire.
