Play testing $80 budget Deck DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a Ninja Tribal Build. I understand the concern with lack of ninjas, but I have already played ninja tribal with her before so I simply wanted a change. Each month my playgroup and I are adding $20 to the budget, fitting in things like Emrakul, Temporal trespass, Sensei's D. Top, Tutors, Etc.

The main priority is to get big spells on top of the deck, and maximize Yuriko triggers.

Yuriko is one of the strongest commanders regardless of play level. Her card advantage, color identity, ability to play Stax and aggressive at the same time, and ability to play aggressive while killing each opponent makes her one of the most versatile Dimir Edh decks out there. Arcane Adaptation and Nanogene conversion make for great Wincons, as they maximize Yuriko triggers. I've fully committed to winning with Yuriko rather than alternative win cons due to Commander Ninjutsu bypassing commander tax. The amount of tutors to the top of the deck, paired with the stax, card advantage, and the resilient nature of Yuriko make for a fun budget deck
