Hey, this looks like it would work out well. Personally, I would increase the number of Thalia, Guardian of Thraben to 3 or 4 because she's truly devastating in this meta, and she's definitely more useful than Elite Inquisitor , who despite being efficient, is just underwhelming in a format filled with Tarmogoyf etc. Blade Splicer is a decent option (it's token also helps fend against Etched Champion ). If you want, you could try 4x Xathrid Necromancer which combines well with Athreos, God of Passage to make a devastating board state. Although, it gets crushed by Anger of the Gods . However, your entire deck is weak to that card anyway. You may do well with Brave the Elements or something of the sort to protect you from it.

But Xathrid Necromancer is a card i've already looked but i don't know what to replace for her...maybe Mentor of the Meek and Elite Inquisitor and Brave the Element was on my sidedeck

Yeah, I would definitely take out those two cards; Mentor of the Meek might seem like a profitable card but it sucks tempo out of you by draining mana when you want to be slamming down threat after threat and wish to end the game asap.

[Sorin, solemn's visitor]: i've try elpeth and other sorin both are good but in my deck, lifelink is important and sinergy with vigilance is incredible. Also a 2/2 flyer can be great and get in at 4 outside of bolt range...is important

[Bitterblossom]: get a fearie each turn...is important nice when you got auriok and intangible virtue

[Intangible virtue] and [honor of the pure]: anthem is why token exist

[lingering souls]: sometime i think it is the best card of my deck...making token is important

[inquisition of kosilek] and [thoughtseize]: hand ripping is so important

[zealous conscription]: boardwipe, almost anthem or board presence changing card you name it

[path to exile]: removal is, you got it, important

sideboard:

[burrenton forge-tender]: anger of the tokens

[disenchant]: any artifact that suck like pod or other token player anthem

[dismember]: a removal you can play anytime is important

[duress]: combo deck sucks

[leyline of sanctity]: burn sucks, liliana suck, scapeshift suck, storm really suck

[relic of progenitus]: graveyard hate but like rest in peace too, only thing is that relic let you flashback that lingering souls before if you want

[stony silence]: pods, tron, affinity

[surgical extraction]: remove those thalia, or any other card that suck is important

[eidolon of rhetoric]: get in when some delver player gets in
