Standard Mill will happen. If Phenax gets resolved, you most always win the game. Deck keeps control of the game until you can finish your opponent off with either and empty library or massive amounts of damage.

Removal:

Pick and choose your battles. Let your walls block the little guys, destroy the others. Hero's Downfall deals with pesky planeswalkers, Warped Physique works beautifully against Gods due to keeping hand size or all else fails instant speed removal. Their creatures getting out of control, Curse of the Swine them all into boars, Gods included. Dimir Charm is the workhorse, destroying devotion creatures like Nightveil Specter, Tidebinder, Master of Waves, Pack Rats etc. Even go as low as to pick which card your opponent draws next while putting 2 threats in the graveyard.

Creatures/Planeswalkers:

Consuming Aberration makes your opponent sweat and grows with everything you cast, Combo w/ Phenax, God of Deception and your other walls and can mill a deck in a turn. Desecration Demon applies threat and potential removal while adding to your mill potential. ashiok, the nightmare weaver and Jace, Memory Adept can do their tricks and turn the game in your favor. 1 Lazav, Dimir Mastermind.... just because.

Triton Tactics makes for the lulz or lethal mill.
