Obviously I lack the solid mana-base that you have here, but, realistically, how do you think my Oona deck Captain Sisay's Stalker would hold up against this deck in a competitive 1 on 1 setting?

Pretty good for me, but not a landslide. Outside of countering it, smokestacks(and the other non creature stay effects) can just do it's thing. The discard really hurts your combo route since you can't sculpt hands nearly as well. In edh, stax decks in general have a good game V combo, since you commit very little to the board other than your manabase. Which you want interacted with as little as you can.

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. Aside from my deck being specialized for just one particular opponent, your deck here just has a really badger-like overall toughness to it that I just couldn't match. It doesn't help that I can't ramp in blue, but I think I just have to admit your deck is better. And I hate doing that. Lol

K34 thanks man, I actually play a UB combo list too in my profile if you wanna look. I'm trying AdNaus over diabolic because I take like 1.6 damage on average and draw ~10 cards is awesome.

I know you said this deck fares well against combo decks, but what about a Hermit Druid combo list, like mine.

You're list looks a tad slower (albeit more resilient) than most Druid builds. If I can drop a Nether Void, Tangle Wire or Have some gravehate at the ready I should be ok. Your list is far less reliant on Rocks and uses enough dorks that Contamination isn't a 100% win, but still strains your mana base. With that said I haven't played against a Hermit druid deck for any real testing. How has Survival of the Fittest worked in your list with 14(+1 for dryad arbor) creatures? I ran it in an earlier build of this list and am considering it again.

I really only use it as a tutor for Hermit Druid, or will discard druid and bait out a counterspell if I know someone has one with another card, then Reanimate him later.
It's almost always had a positive presence. If you have any essential creatures in your deck, then by all means you should add it. It is one of the premier cards in green EDH.

Have you considered Dark Ritual? It lets you T3 Nath, or helps you pay for things like Death Cloud or T1 Liliana of the Veil (dont know why you would, but the point is you can :P).

I don't languish as it doesn't guarantee a board wipe, damnation would be stronger. And it doesn't get around Gaddock Teeg. Rit was in, I have wanted to find space I just haven't made time to do it yet.

Totem stops combos or shit like hermit druid. Hadn't casted cloud in ages. I wanted to NO for vorinclex, so as naus came out.

Natural order is busted. Haven't seen totem in action yet.

Hve you looked into Priest of Titania? although it's 2 mana, it nets tonnes of value with Nath.

I've been considering Gaea's Cradle for the same reason. It's not awful just narrow, I'd wouldn't run her because she only counts elves and not other creatures.

Noticed a couple things here that i wanted to ask about.
Have you considered Tasigur's Cruelty? If so, why did you decide against it?
Are you aware that Braids, Cabal Minion has been moved from banned as commander, to simply banned?

I wasn't a fan of Tasigur's Cruelty but it could be a budget replacement for LotV or chains of mephistopheles. Honestly my group doesn't care if I play Braids, and since edh is a social contract based format I encourage you to try and run her. I also have yet to meet someone who can confirm that the "banned as a commander" list was too complicated like the RC said.

How about Dark Deal? It went right into my Nath-deck (elfball)

It doesn't net me card advantage, just elves. I'd rather use Lilly or Bottomless pit as they keep opponents off cards. If it were Windfall I would run it. Its also not bad in a more aggro oriented list.

Your have to lean on artifact mana much more than this deck does. Running as many color producing ones as you can.
