I have wanted to make a Phenax, God of Deception commander deck for....well since I started magic last October/November. Mill has always been interesting to me, but has always been 'silly' to my play group due to it typically being target type or only towards one person. But, because we have been playing 1v1 commander games atm, it is somewhat viable now to test! (I'm sorry in advance my friends. This is silly.)
