There are a few milling cards that you could use here that also serve normal control purposes, such as Psychic Strike , Grisly Spectacle , and Pilfered Plans . Also, your should definitely have more Memory Adept, which is nice since they're much cheaper $-wise than Architect of Thought. Finally, if you're using Consuming Aberration, I'd run at least 3 and throw in a couple Rogue's Passage to help them hit when you're ready to go.
Check out my mill deck which has Green as well- Do Mill decks BUG you?

Grisly Spectacle is one I have thought of. Just not sure what to take out to replace it with. And Pilfered PLans is going in when I get home, thanks.

Well mill decks usually work best when there's a fair amount of control so you could literally cut almost all of your creatures except like Consuming Aberration and Mirko Vosk. Even tho the Aberration is a rare I'm pretty sure he's cheap since he was in a starter deck as a foil.

It's definitely looking better, and the creature count is more where it should be. I still think you need more control and less cards that just put cards into their graveyard. I'd cut Breaking and Tome Scour since they are relatively weak compared to bigger hitters like Mind Grind and Traumatize . Also, I haven't seen anyone use Equipment in Standard in ages, so Artificer's Hex is another place that could be cut. Use those slots for more kill spells, counters, etc.

IMO, you could add better instants, you should add more mill-strategy-like instants, like Dimir Charm , the helps you much or Psychic Strike , Dissolve is a good choice though. IMO you should remove Artificer's Hex and Grisly Spectacle . Wight of Precinct Six is a good aggro creature; if you want you can look out my second deck, i've tried to create a cheap deck, it could help you.

I don't really like Dimir Charm because you can only counter sorcery, If I had Psychic Strike they would be in there. And there are alot of hydras is my meta so Grisly Spectacle does very well with them.

I'm not sure whether it's any help to you but I use Far / Away in my Dimir deck and AEtherize I find both cards quite useful for crowd control purposes. Like with a lot of mill decks, mine included, you're not very creature heavy so I find them useful backup if needed.

I see you have AEtherize but the other may or may not be handy to you.

Why do people feel so strongly against mill in standard? I love it.

Yes, Phenax, God of Deception + Wall of Frost is insane. At 5 mana though, you're going to have to make some cut choices. Oh and Triton Tactics . I'll let you figure that one out.

I think I'm going to add Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver into my sideboard instead of Jace, Memory Adept. Also liking Temple of Deceit. Great deck by the way.

Well, have you concidered Grisly Spectacle ? it's fun to slap that in someone's face when they have a giant creature on the field
