I don't think I've ever built a sligh deck, but it's huge fun. It's great for budget, and can pack on the damage very quickly and very easily.

(I believe the deck is now finalized!)

BUDGET IS $30-60. I don't want to go above it!

Tactics:

Speed, speed, speed!: This deck is made to go fast. With creatures such as Goblin Wardriver there to power up my attackers, and the all powerful Ball Lightning, Spark Elemental , and Hellspark Elemental being easily accessible tramplers, this deck is, in my opinion, the epitome of speed.

I'll kill your stuff before you can twitch.: I've got several spells in here, though this deck is more based on creatures than sorceries and instants. However, with Lightning Bolt still viable for KO'ing any little chump blockers, I can just steamroll away. Did I mention Mugging is fun, too?
