well, i would start out by making this deck more consistent. all of these cost quite a bit, so either a bit of ramp or Mutavault + Descendants' Path could help. another thing to consider is to cut down on you 2 and 4 cmc cards. they make your curve wacky.

Well, I'vebeen building through out the last year... I got some of the cards on seperate orders... I only need the Lightning Helix es and Privileged Position . All I can say is that yep... it is wacky, but there are no good 3 mana angels I can think of... This Descendants' Path looks.. amazing... Is it expensive...?

i think Warleader's Helix isn't worth a spot here. i would add in a lightning bolt and another descendant's path. also consider Serra Angel . its a good one drop that can get a huge buff later on
