Nightmare is kinda mana intensive in modern, but maybe it will work in this deck. Grave Titan and Corrupt are both good end-game cards, adding one of each is a good idea.

On Liliana of the Dark Realms : Yes, she starts at 3, but when she enters the battlefield you have priority, so you can use the +1 before a burn spell comes out. Urborg makes itself a swamp, so it taps for B.

It looks like a good deck but, I don't think it will be every competitive as most decks like Green White aggro/ramp will have a more pressure in the early game and can end a game easier in the late game

this deck will beat Green White aggro/ramp the vast majority of the time.

Nightmare Lash Close enough to lashwrithe, might be handy if you want more of them effects?Nightmare Incursion If you want more swamp based effects.Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth Cabal Coffers for more of that juicy mana, Urbog to let your leechriden swamp count as a swamp and so Cabal Coffers count as swamps.
Hopefully this was helpful. :)

Depends on your Meta, but Victim of Night over Go for the Throat? Maybe Smother?
I always find Victim to be the nuts...

Okay, that might have been lost in translation... Read: Affinity/Tron...
It's really good unless your meta sees lots of the odd notables like Huntmaster, Olivia, etc.
Do like the deck though. +1.

I would suggest Geth's Verdict to help remove hexproof and giant pro black stuff. I run it in my legacy mono black ramp deck to deal with Emrakul and other indestructible stuff. Here is my decklist if you want to take a look at it, Hardcast Emrakul, or Exsanguinate for 35? You pick.
And maybe as the extreme top end to help swing games, Exsanguinate because its a really big Drain Life that can get you right back into the game.

erm.. I guess if you still wanted card draw after removing phyrexian arena, you could use Dark Confidant. He'd draw cards and make a somewhat viable target for both writhe and batterskull. I'm sure the loss if life would be mitigated by tendrils and nighthawk. Though, it might break your budget.

I have to disagree, Exsanguinate is only good in multiplayer formats where i can hit 2-3 opponents at a time. Geth's Verdict can be a great sideboard addition, but you dont choose which creature is sacrificed- which means if they have a 5/5, a 4/4 and a 1/1, theyre gonna go with the 1/1. Mutilate is the card that deals with indestructible and hexproof- and in this deck, its brutal.

That title tho...
The deck looks cool, I'm just wondering about Kommand. Maybe run some Thoughtseizes and other hand disruption?

Lashwrithe is my favorite creature in all of Mtg hands down. He fucks shit up with Trepanation Blade though, you might do something cool with it. other than that. +1 just for using the writhe'.

Just noticed, you can only have 4 copies of a card in your sideboard and maindeck combined, right now you have 6 copies total, so you need to take some out.
So for the two in the board I would put in either Leyline of the Void or Relic of Progenitus to deal with graveyard strategies.
I would also cut Tendrils of Corruption entirely because you would rather be playing Obliterator or Mutilate in that 4 drop slot. I would put in Dismember in the mainboard because it is 1 drop removal which kills Goyf, Angler, Tasigur and deals with indestructible. In the side I would put Darkness (Maybe? Not sure here) as a playable way to counter any large swing from opponents.
