Trying to make a somewhat cheap mono-blue mill deck. Has had a lot of edits already done to get it to be more effective but it is still far from perfect.

Looking for suggestions on both milling and control. A lot of times I can mill by turn 11 and with enough counter spells and tapping I am able to last that long. However, I really want it to be more consistent.

Also, what do people think about all the different counter spells? I'm trying to pick the best ones. I really like Syncopate.but am trying to figure out if I should add different spells or more.
