It matters on how much ramp you have in your hand, and it has a lot, so yes, mostly.

Dualcaster Mage seems like it could do well if you are interested in adding red could make it super Aikido with Clone and spell copying like Reverberate.

@Opifex This deck is not really into arcane, though I might put in Dualcaster Mage for combo. Eternal Witness + Ghostly Flicker + Dualcaster Mage + any instant or sorcery

@CryptRats, I assure you I did. I have never seen this combo anywhere other than this deck, other than in decks which are spinoffs of this deck, which leads me to believe I made it. However, I did not make some combos in this deck, such as Deadeye Navigator + Great Whale/Palinchron/Peregrine Drake, High Tide + Palinchron, and Phantasmal Image + Palinchron. I do not take credit for any of the combos just listed, but I do for the combo that this deck is based around.
