So I guess everyone and their dog is building Abzan now, but I think mine is a little unique trying to abuse the pay 3 life trigger off of Siege Rhino using Whip of Erebos, but also Indulgent Tormentor who I'll side out against red, and Athreos, God of Passage who I think is good in an aggro mode where Athreos essentially is the last card you want to play after Ajani's Pridemate Fleecemane Lion Rakshasa Deathdealer .

UPDATE 01/06/2015: I took this deck to tournament this weekend and dominated. I set it up so I can go in very Aggro style game 1 and make some changes to outlast after they sideboard against that. I went in with 4 each of Ajani's Pridemate and Fleecemane Lion with 2 Rakshasa Deathdealer s and 2 Anafenza, the Foremost, but I'm usually rotating the deathdealers and Anafenzas out to run 2 High Sentinels of Arashin and 2 Wingmate Rocs, which used to be my mainboard; those cards do really well. This change from aggro mode also makes room for Wall of Essence against tokens or aggro strategies, which is my new favourite card to play with Sorin, Solemn Visitor and Ajani's Pridemate on the field, especially against cards like Goblin Rabblemaster where they have to attack. I can get an insane number of counters on really fast. Other sideboard changes against Abzan include Spear of Heliod which is awesome, if you just want your Siege Rhino to suddenly be better than theirs, and leaving three mana open after deters attackers and then you can Abzan Charm , which is never bad. Erebos, God of the Dead absolutely shuts down my deck, thus the 2 Erase and 2 Utter End. I'd love to keep Indulgent Tormentor and Athreos, God of Passage around, but they are just always the first thing to get sideboarded out for removal. Which I don't mind really; it means I always have closeo ten cards in the maindeck wanting to come out. In a 3 game matchup, this is pretty close to perfect for me, able to customize every which way.
