The goal of this deck is to either sacrifice enough creatures with Blood Artist out to take the opponent to zero, or to swing in with vampires pumped by Vampire Nocturnus for the win. In the meantime using Gatekeeper of Malakir, Vampire Nighthawk, or Dismember to deal with their creature threats.

Cracking fetch lands,Sign in Blood, and Dismember will help with the deck mechanics, re-filling your hand, and creature removal respectively, but will drain your life. Hopefully this can be offset by either the lifelink on Vampire Nighthawk or the triggers on Blood Artist/Kalastria Highborn.

Without further ado. Here's the cards:

Creatures:

--Blood Artist: The key component of the sacrifice win condition. It also adds some extra power to the creature removal spells. Having multiples out can get brutal fast.

--Bloodghast: When there's a sacrifice outlets and uncracked fetchlands on the battle field you can really get some use out of this guy when paired with either Blood Artist, Kalastria Highborn, or both!

--Bloodthrone Vampire: A solid sac-out, that also can become huge when combo'd with Vampire Nocturnus

--Gatekeeper of Malakir: A good body, and nice creature removal. Extra value with either Blood Artist or Kalastria Highborn on the battlefield

--Kalastria Highborn: A secondary option to Blood Artist. A little more expensive to get out, and more expensive to use, but packs a little more punch.

--Pawn of Ulamog: This is good for mana ramping off sacrifice triggers. Not sure I'll be keeping these in here.

-- Shadow Alley Denizen : A good creature to sacrifice, or to block with. Also nice for the intimidate on the ETBs.

--Vampire Hexmage: A good sac-out, and can also deal with pesky counters.

--Vampire Nighthawk: The lifelink is great, and the deathtouch is good for both creature removal as well as tirggering the Blood Artist or Kalastria Highborn.

--Vampire Nocturnus: A key piece for the alternate win condition, swigning in with big flying vampires. Sign in Blood or the shuffling from cracking fetch lands can help increase your likelihood of having a black card on top of your library.

--Viscera Seer: Not only provides a sac-out, but allows me to scry in the process to help control my draws.

Other Spells

Sign in Blood: Good for refilling the hand, and taking cards of the top of the library that don't trigger Vampire Nocturnus. Can also be used to hit your opponent for those last two damage :)

Dismember: I main deck this card for removal because -5/-5 is usually good enough for most threats and the phrexian mana makes it cast-able for 1 mana. I've side boarded some other options for specific matchups.

Lands

Polluted Delta and Bloodstained Mire: Fetch lands help bring back Bloodghast, and take cards of the top of the library that don't trigger Vampire Nocturnus.

Cavern of Souls: you know.

Crypt of Agadeem: When the graveyard fills up fast with all the sacrificing. This thing can make some serious mana.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth: Makes all the fech lands swamps, so you don't have to crack them until you want to.

Sideboard

Cavern of Souls: Swap in a couple more against control

Feast of Blood: It's pretty easy to have 2 vampires out. This kills anything. The life gain is a positive against burn/agro, however the sorcery speed is a downside.

Tragic Slip: With all the sacrifice in this deck, this usually ends up being a 1 mana -13/-13. Good against BIG creatures.

Urge to Feed: Not sure about this. I will probably switch them out.

I don't want to run Aether Vial, but any and all comments and suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
