I built this deck around my slivers being versatile (and relatively cheap). Want to lock down your opponent's land and field in general? Telekinetic Sliver may slow you down in the process, but it can paralyze an opponent. Feeling up for some thievery? Amoeboid Changeling + Sliver Overlord will turn their creatures against them, or go with Constricting Sliver to simply take them away. Keep them from getting what they want in the first place with Mesmeric Sliver + Screeching Sliver .

If you've been racking up health with Syphon Sliver you can always spend it to use Door of Destinies + Hibernation Sliver to help you roll over your enemies, though Bonescythe Sliver + Shifting Sliver accomplishes that pretty well without costing life. Make their pain your gain with Vampiric Sliver + Venom Sliver , or simply hurt them before your creatures' attack even hits with Leeching Sliver + Thorncaster Sliver . Combine all this while making your slivers as hard to eliminate as possible with Clot Sliver + Diffusion Sliver and Root Sliver + Ward Sliver and you've got a pretty potent variety of options to kill your opponents with.
