Goal is to win through commander damage. I picked these two because flying, mainly, also Kraum's card draw ability is nice. Other than that, there is a heavy focus on noncreature spells. The casting, recursion and all of that good stuff. All of these spells with the exception of a couple are meant to be answers to threats, my main hitters are my commanders. This was originally meant to be a partner commander for a burn/control deck, basically izzet splash white, but it's gotten beyond that.
