Needs more blue sources if you want to support Think Twice s, and definitely some All Is Dust if possible.

Welcome! I'd consider cutting into the Think Twice s a little, funnily enough. Could alternatively sideboard/cut a couple Shimmer Myr . Personally, I'd prefer more Thousand-Year Elixir to them anyways.

I think it would help you to have a little more land, particularly land generating U. Seat of the Synod is a good bet. I would replace Myr Turbine with a couple of these. By the time you can generate 5 mana, I think you have better things to spend it on. Granted, you won't have anything left that costs exactly 5, but you can play a 3-drop and keep mana open for your counter spells or abilities.

The deck's creature department looks great i'd say, so you're good there probably. I think the only thing to consider changing is Mana Leak MAYBE in for Condescend. Or Thirst for Knowledge in for Index just because it cost less, and you will have a chance of getting Myr Reservoir and Myr Turbine, or Artisan of Kozilek quicker so you can return any valuable artifacts. 4 Myr Turbine or 1 or 2 more Myr Reservoir would be epic, but I'd understand you not wanting to replace anything.

I will try Condescend because of the SCRY2 :)I was also thinking of removing the Myr Reservoir and adding another Myr Turbine. Do you think Myr Reservoir is great in this deck?

What about Myr Welder? I put it there to discard Mindslaver with Thirst for Knowledge and then i wouldn't pay 6 to play it.

Definitely add another Myr Turbine to get mana flowing quicker.If there were 2Myr Reservoir, Myr Superion would be on the battlefield quicker and it would help your Myrs if the Urza lands aren't out yet.Myr Matrix could be good in the sideboard, and Myr Incubator would let you do what you want quicker with artifacts,like if Mindslaver was in your hand and you want to get a Myr Welder out quicker with it. You're welcome!

I'm sorry, I made a mistake in that last comment, ehhh Myr Turbine doesn't get mana flowing scratch that lol, but I would consider adding the Myr Incubator also for the ability to play every one of your lands at once basically.

Master Transmuter might help in here, or Tinker if you wanted to get real cheap

if you did that i'd trade out the Artisan of Kozilek with a Blightsteel Colossus or something

Academy Ruins would fit nicely here I think
