Minotaur sounds nothing like miracle, but ha ha.

I would add Door of Destinies just for the extra buff up.

Also Oracle of Bones as he lets you cast an instant or sorcery for free, unless your opponent tributes making him a 5/3 hast for four. Plus his 2 red devotion buffs up Fanatic of Mogis

Thinking about that Oracle of Bones can potentially cast Mizzium Mortars for its overload cost for free. nice way to remove lower and mid threats to swing with your others.

I have a suggestion. Don't ever play Oracle of Bones as he is not a good card and you don't have any sorceries or instants that you really need him to cast for you. Also your opponent will probably guess you don't have really anything so give you a 3/1 which is not that good.

Hell man, this seems quite solid. Obviously Boros Reckoner would be great, but one of the better budget decks I've seen! My only suggestions would be to try and up your land count to the 23-24 range! With no Ragemonger your hopes of casting Kragma Warcaller are low.

I ran a play test against you as suggested against mine Sacred Cow all in all yours was not bad at all +1 however I'd suggest some Hero's Downfall for quicker removal and Minotaur Skullcleaver to speed up and gain the additional 4 damage when your opponent taps out

Why not replace Magma Spray With Searing Blood ?

magma jet suck, you dont need scry, Magma spray and lighting strike are better

+1 - for the Deck, and I would add more if I could for the format layout, very nicely done, I've rarely seen guys take the time to lay it out.

I think it's solid, and I'm with you, I really wouldn't care if it was a #1 winner all the time, it just looks fun as hell to play!

I disagree with mantecado, keep the Magma's, they scry 2. If it was just a single scry, I could see it, but until you have needed scry, you don't know how good it is in mana hungry and theme based decks. I ran a Boros deck that topped at many standard nights, and Magma was a mainstay even in a speed deck.

My only useful comment... lol... Boros Reckoner would add a great addition, adds to devotion greatly, and does amazing things.

I know you're staying on a budget, but I like Hero's Downfall more than Dreadbore. Instant speed plus dealing with planeswalkers is just so helpful. Maybe sideboard 2?

I recently updated a few cards in my Minotaur deck There Is No Cow Level. I sidedboarded Flurry of Horns and added some Rouse the Mob which is awesome if you have a few Mana Confluence or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx . +1 for Minotaurs!

1 more Felhide Petrifier for a Kragma Warcaller . Its a great deck though. Really good balance!
