Thormonger Thanks! I'm definitely enjoying piloting it!
Riddleform is interesting. To be honest I haven't given it much thought. At glance it's one mana difference and requires some sequencing. In comparison Myth is less of a setup, but takes longer to get going.
I think there's merit in testing it as the flying and scry adds some power. My biggest concern is that you have to cast a spell for it to animate, and I think that might result in some awkward situations.

Opt has just been printed into modern (in Ixalan). I think it's a huge improvement over Serum Visions. What do you think?
Also, this deck looks amazing to play; +1

OBDog11 Already planing on testing it in the list. I think it has lots of promise in draw-go shells, but I'm not yet sure on how it will perform here.
Since I run twenty-two lands Serum Visions helps "fixing" one-landers. While it digs a bit deeper for key cards pre sideboard. Also, this deck runs at sorcery speed most of the time due to Liliana, which doesn't really take full advantage of Opt.
That being said I do run the full four Snappcasters which makes the card much more lucrative. There is also a point being made about the individual power-level of the cards in the list.. Since they're not particularly strong on their own, having the possibility to scry before drawing can be nice - for example scrying and avoid a Myth Realized in the late game is sweet. Opt also digs one deeper when you really need to "top-deck that card" to win / stay alive.
Glad you think so!

I've been looking for a modern deck to play and I loved Myth Realized... definitely might build this one +1'd

I love Myth Realized and was also tinkering on a deck, that utilizes this awesome enchantment along with Thing in the Ice Flip. The problem I'm seeing with this is, that it dies to so much of the commonly played removal (ex. Fatal Push, Path to Exile, Abrupt Decay).
But I love your approach. =)
+1 from me.

derior Thanks! Yeah, it only has pseudo hexproof. Which is why I believe the hand disruption approach is key if you want to make it work. This is also why Lingering Souls is good in the deck; a threat that isnt compromised by spot removal.

Such a cool and different deck, and the primer looks very good to, so much information and tips on how to use this deck. I am actually trying to make this deck, still a long way to go since it is so expensive and i dont have almost any card but i am determined to get a competitive deck that is unique. But i do want your opinion on Boseiju, Who Shelters All, do you think its a good card for this deck, or unnecessary?

Wow, I am really impressed by this deck and your in depth description. This list is very expensive though, so I set myself the challenge of making a super budget version. I would love if you could give me some advice on it.

I really love this deck and I'm actually working around building this version. How do your matchups against burn go normally?
December 25, 2017 3:08 p.m.
Cafelattis thanks, glad you think so! Its really cool to see people are willing to give the deck a chance. About the card you mentioned, Boseiju, I dont think itll accomplish anything. The list is color intensive and we dont want to pay unnecessary life for an effect we dont need - there are no spells we absolutely cant afford getting countered. Remember Myth only care about the spell being cast.
TrueTribal Hi. Interesting to see that youre willing to work on a budget version. Im aware that the list has gotten quite expensive, so its cool to see that theres budget options. Looked over it and it seemed fine. Only place I feel it suffers is in the manabase, but thats difficult to solve on a budget. Thanks for your interest in the list!
Heretic_Dragoon its really cool to hear that youre willing to try this version. Id love to hear about your results if you end up going the distance. Regarding the burn matchup it depends on the lines align. If they draw their spell intensive route were depending on an early Myth, discard and Brutality. If theyre drawing their creature package we have more options, but were required to draw relevant removal. Im confident that this matchup is about 50 / 50.

Spotred been giving it a go with various success, it is a 50/50 deck but fun as hell to play. I have made my own modifications to fit my meta and budget. Running one Gideon ally and 2 veil as opposed to 3. I do have a Sideboard Geist of Saint Traft to deal wit the various control decks around, plus it just feels so good to T3 him and slam a worship next turn.
January 9, 2018 9:27 p.m.
Heretic_Dragoon that sounds about right. Theres no matchup (except Tron) where I feel that my chances are too slim, and there arent any decks thats an auto win for me either. A win feels deserved and the deck rewards you for knowing its inns and outs - which is why I enjoy it so much.
Modifications are fine. Honestly, with the sideboard Ill always recommend tailoring it for you meta! Ally and Geist has crossed my mind multiple times, especially Geist in the sideboard. So Im glad that it works out for you. I know someone else whos tweaking the list and the person ran him main deck. Worship is great, but its personal spice and not a must include in the SB.

Spotred Love Worship. Brought it in against burn and watched them try and burn me out in futility with myth down and worship and they used up all their paths at that point. &Tron just wrecks me unless i get the early discard.

Spotred have you considered a Sun Titan in your SB to deal with whatever hate you opponent would bring in? Considering how enchantment heavy this deck is
January 23, 2018 8:47 p.m.
Hi Heretic_Dragoon. I havent. Ive considered a Zur the Enchanter in the SB to tutor for powerful enchantments.
Theres no doubt the list have lots of powerful permanents that can be brought back with Sun Titan. My only concern with that route is to reliable reach six mana on curve. Also Im not sure hell improve the matchups I want to improve.

Do you think a couple Slip Through Space could be good as a way to finish someone off when you have a big Myth Realized?
January 31, 2018 3:45 p.m.
TrueTribal Ive considered some type of unblockable effect in the past, but ultimately dont think its necessary. Since Myth doesnt require any spesific spell being cast Im more inclined to play individually strong cards like Thoughtseize, Supreme Verdict and Fatal Push.
It shouldnt be necessary to have a card catered for Myth specifically as you eventually get there anyway - i.e. sweep the board or kill their blockers.
Playing cards that target Myth also increase the risk of getting blown out. That being said, if I was in Jeskai colors Id play a more aggressive build and probably include something like Boros Charm.

BrandonJamesCAC You and me both! Really liked how the foil peel turned out. When I saw the alternate arts I just had to have it on my Myths
