It's a beautiful day outside.Birds are singing, flowers are blooming...On days like these, kids like you...Should be burning in hell.
Turn around kid, it'd be a crime,If I had to go back on the promise that I made for you,so don't step over that line,Or else, friend, you're gonna have a bad time.
But kids like you don't play by the rules,And guys like me,it ain't easy to be played for fools,So let's go, let the room get chiller...
Let's go, DIRTY BROTHER KILLER.
Go ahead and try to hit me if you're able,Guess you've figured now that mercy's off the table.I can tell you're getting really sick of trying,But I think you're just mad you keep dying.
You're not gonna win, we'll be here together,Fighting in this judgement hall forever.I know you just reset each time I beat ya',But I'll always be right back here to meet ya'.
I know you're made ofLo-o-o-o-ooove, lo-o-o-o-oove, lo-o-o-o-ooove. (x2)
This is where it stops,This is where it ends.If you want to get past me,Well, you better try again.
But no matter how I stall you,You don't give up your attack.Do you just like the feelingOf your sins CRAWLING on your back?
Go ahead and try to hit me if you're able. You should know by now that mercy's off the table.Think that you can try to spare me like I'm some pawn?Well, you didn't spare my brother, so GET DUNKED ON!
I know you made my friends all disappear,But everything they cared about is why I'm here.I am their mercy, I am their vengeance,I am DETERMINATION.
I know you're made ofLo-o-o-o-ooove, lo-o-o-o-oove, lo-o-o-o-ooove.
But I think I'm stronger than you.

I just realized that if you draw Emrakul before Nahiri or before she gets her ult you're rip lmao
Add moar Emrakuls
Also I can't see shit fix the text mang
Other than that this deck is Tier 2 so I love it and it's Nahiri so I love it more

This doesn't need more Emrakuls. The only way to get Emrakul in play is with Nahiri, so once you draw Nahiri after drawing Emrakul, you can then use her + to discard Emrakul, shuffle him into the deck, and get ready to ult.

I'm pretty sure Boom/Bust can be used to target your fetch, then you can sac it in response and not have the Boom fizzle. I had a talk with a level two judge about this, and supposedly if you Clutch of Currents their guy with awaken active and they bounce/flicker their guy, you will still get your land because the spell has two targets.

You can discard it with the + ability on Nahiri, the Harbinger. Then Emrakul, the Aeons Torn gets shuffled back in per its own effect.

So cool thing you can do with a fetch land or with Ghost Quarter- (Partially mentioned by SuperLicorice) You can use Boom to target your land and theirs, retain priority (You have to specifically mention this), pop your fetch or quarter in response, and Boom will still resolve as it still has one valid target. Another cool thing you can do is target the land you targeted with Boom with Ghost Quarter to destroy it and search for a basic land (If you need mana fixing more than a Ghost Quarter).

About the LD hatebears like Aven Mindcensor and Leonin Arbiter: I am a Death and Taxes player at the core (it's actually the deck I mastered the most, being the only one I own in paper) and I did consider them while deckbuilding. However, they do not fit well here for the game plan is a little bit different. I still wonder about including the Arbiter with some pathes, but this issue will be part of the next big update of the deck, which I do not plan soon.
I completly forgot about the fetches tricks while writting the primer, I'll update it on tomorrow evening. Thanks for the reminder! :D
Finally, I am currently not considering either Ajani Vengeant (which is strictly inferior here in terms of flavor and power to Nahiri in this deck) or Call the Gatewatch as 3 copies of Nahiri is the best compromise between drawing my win-condition and not drawing it when I don't need it. :)
Thank you all for the suggestions! :D
MetaMaster22 Ya' got it.

Have you considered Crumble to Dust as a potential LD spell? It does have the potential to slow down alot of multicolor/tron decks if you cast it at the right moment, maybe in sideboard?

Good job on brewing this deck! I guess you haven't had the chance to play this deck yet since the cards haven't come out, but drop a line when you have an idea on how it works. It seems like you may get bum rushed by the quick aggressive decks in modern. That is when you don't draw Chalice of the Void, Mana Tithe or Dead and Gone. There might be some interference between chalice and tithe too. Anywho, it's always good to see other brewers out there! Feel free to throw some love or constructive criticism at my deck here: Help me name my deck!!

Wonderful deck, +1.

I wonder how a Restore Balance would work with this awesome deck. Do you have any list with Restore Balance? +1, love your deck! :)

Iksar pretty bad, I guess. I don't like cards that makes me lose permanents without harming my opponent. x)
tallen5825 and ArchFline, I found again something that may help you a lot to do descriptions and userpages like I did here. Check this tutorial here: User Page: Beginner.
Thanks a lot to you all for the feedback, which is really appreciated. I made quite a number of changes, and other are to come. What do you think of Defense Grid in sideboard against control match-ups? Blue control decks are especially hard to deal with as counterspells really shut LD down, and as they run a pretty high number of lands (which means they are pretty likely to draw lands as I try to destroy them). On the other hand, the decks performs suprisingly well against fast strategies like Infect: since they do not pack a lot of lands, it is really easy to lock them out of the game. ;)

Have you considered something like Cloudshift or perhaps Conjurer's Closet , could be interesting with those goblins. Synod Sanctum came to mind too, set aside a few land, destroy all lands (via Boom/Bust thru the goblins with a Cloudshift) and return the saved land to the field with mana in your pool?

You might get away with casting an early Boom/Bust off of Brain in a Jar.

I love it! Ii can't decide if i'd rather have chalice or BloodMoon, tho. I feel like being able to turn off the eldrazi deck with BloodMoon is a really good thing to be able to do right now. thoughts?
